Start with the exact SpeTool number

The P01002 is the model discussed here. SpeTool also lists a P01004 targeting the Bosch RA1181 table. The latter’s table claim should not be transferred to a P01002 offer just because a marketplace title mentions Bosch. A router motor and a router table are different compatibility questions.

For the P01002, SpeTool names Bosch 1617EVS, DeWalt DW618, Makita RF1101 and other routers on its product page. JessEm names its own supported motors for the Mast-R-Lift II. Use those actual lists rather than interpreting the outer limits of an advertised diameter range as blanket approval.

A documentation conflict matters before cutting a tabletop

SpeTool’s P01002 page states a 9¼-by-11¾-inch plate footprint. Its linked manual gives that footprint in the specification panel but a different width in installation text. This is a reason to obtain an exact template and clarification for the supplied unit before making a cutout.

Adjustment numbers need interpretation

SpeTool states 0.05 inch of movement per crank turn for the P01002. The JessEm Mast-R-Lift II manual states 1/16 inch per turn. These describe travel, not a contest with an automatic winner. A smaller travel per revolution means more turning for the same height change; it does not certify a more accurate finished joint.

Compare the delivered package

SpeTool describes magnetic rings, a template and a dust interface for the P01002. Check the actual selected offer for those parts. JessEm’s current product information and older manual can differ on the number of included rings, so verify the package you are purchasing rather than treating a historic manual as the shipping list.

Finally, consider who can answer a fit question and supply parts for the exact version. Keep the manual and seller confirmation with your purchase record. If an essential measurement or retention detail remains unresolved, postpone that option instead of filling the gap with an assumed equivalence.
