There is no single “DeWalt router lift” fit rule. A lift that names the DW618 does not thereby support a compact DeWalt router or the DW625 plunge router. Begin with the exact router designation and the way its body separates from its base.

Check on AmazonDW610, DW616 and DW618
JessEm lists these three models for the Mast-R-Lift II and Rout-R-Lift 3.5XT. O'SKOOL also names them for the RTS07. Those are documented starting points for a comparison, subject to the model-specific clamping and installation instructions.
SpeTool's P01002 page names DW618 and DW618PK. The latter is a package designation, so verify the motor inside the kit rather than assuming every part of the package mounts in the lift. A motor-clamping lift holds the supported motor, not an entire base-and-handle assembly.
Once you have confirmed that connection, compare plate versions and available space. The compatibility sequence keeps those checks separate.
DW625: look at the plunge-base route
The JessEm Rout-R-Lift Prestige lists the DW625 among supported plunge routers. It uses a different approach from the usual cylindrical motor clamp: the router is supported through its base.
The important limitation is explicit in JessEm's description: the Prestige does not offer above-table bit changes. If your main reason for buying a lift is easier collet access, that limitation may matter more than the convenience of height adjustment. What about another DeWalt model?
Do not substitute a nearby model number or rely on the color and apparent size of the housing. An unlisted model needs its own supporting documentation. In particular, the named DW610/616/618 entries are not approval for all compact or cordless DeWalt routers.
Ask the lift manufacturer whether your complete model designation is supported, which mounting components are required and whether the router manufacturer's intended-use guidance permits the proposed arrangement. Include photographs of the label when names on a retailer listing differ from the equipment.
Make the comparison about your workflow
A dedicated table motor and a router you move between handheld and table work create different priorities. For the latter, motor removal and reinstallation access deserve attention. For either, the controls must remain usable, and the table needs room for the mechanism throughout travel.
After choosing the supported interface, read the bit-change access guide and confirm how the exact lift handles that task. Avoid paying for a feature you only assumed came with the word “lift.”
