Use the PRS5000 designation on the product, listing or packaging to reach the matching Kreg documentation. A discussion about a Kreg router table, insert plate or older accessory may describe a different component. The table brand alone does not identify the lift mechanism you are buying.

The North American PRS5000 manual provides a numbered clamp-block table. It lists Porter-Cable 7518, Hitachi M12VC/KM12VC, Milwaukee 5615/5616/5619, Porter-Cable 690/890, Craftsman 17543/17540/28190, Bosch 1617/1618, DeWalt 610/616/618, Ridgid R29302, Felisatti RF62 and Makita 1101. Match your label to the manual and follow its illustrated block position. The manual also prints Milwaukee 5626; confirm that exact designation with Kreg rather than silently substituting 5625.

Read the motor label against the chart

Write down the router's complete model designation, including letters and suffixes. If you own a kit with two bases, distinguish its package name from the motor inside it. Look for the chart's corresponding entry and any associated mounting notes.

A similar number is not a confirmed match. Nor does a listing for one model approve every router made by that brand. If your exact designation is absent or the label differs from the chart, send Kreg a photograph of the label and ask whether that combination is supported.

What to ask when the answer is unclear

Is this exact motor supported by the current PRS5000?
Which clamp configuration or mounting position does it require?
Are any separate approved parts needed?
Do the instructions differ for the revision being sold?

Do not let a confirmed motor hide a table mismatch

Kreg specifies a 9¼ × 11¾ × ⅜-inch hard-anodized aluminum plate for the PRS5000. That is a separate interface from the motor clamp. Confirm the tabletop's recess, support arrangement and hardware rather than assuming that motor approval completes the installation.
